Privacy for advertisers

This covers what Kin·Sheaf keeps about businesses that advertise through biz.kinsheaf.com. Families and groups using the app have their own privacy policy in the app.

What we keep

• Your sign-in email, and the business details you enter: name, contact name, phone and website.
• Your campaigns: the ad, its targeting, budget, dates, and totals of views and clicks by day.
• When you agreed to the advertiser terms.

Payments

Stripe handles payment. We never see or store your card number; we keep Stripe's reference for each payment so we can refund it if needed.

What we use it for

To sign you in, run and report on your campaigns, review ads, take payment and send receipts, refunds and notices about your campaigns. We don't sell your details or use them to advertise to you anywhere else.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. There are no tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

What you see about families

Only totals: how many groups your targeting reaches today (rounded, and never under 25) and how many times your ad was seen and tapped. Never who saw it.

Your choices

To change or delete your account and campaigns, email hello@kinsheaf.com. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.
